Hey MPIIers! We want to make you aware that Witt Fence will begin installing the new village gates tomorrow (Tuesday). Covina Key will be up first.
Witt estimates that replacing all the aging gates in the 12 gated villages within MPII will take many weeks, and this is assuming their work continues during these strange times.
Additionally, a representative from Lighthouse Engineering could be on site to oversee the project on behalf of MPII.
We wanted to make residents aware of their presence since they are choosing to move forward (pending possible future local or state government restrictions) with scheduled work. These workers are legitimate, and were hired by MPII.
Residents in gated villages: please drive slowly and cautiously when workers are present.
